Baltimore Citizens for Positive Change (BCPCCDC) is a violence prevention organization that promotes self-sufficiency by creating sustainable employment and affordable housing opportunities through robust programs that raise the economic, educational and social level of residence in Baltimore City. This is accomplished through the development and implementation of Green Jobs training and entrepreneurial coaching.

Baltimore Citizens for Positive Change CDC has programs which allows its participants to reposition themselves for economic, educational and social enhancement in the Baltimore Metropolitan area.With an aim to improve the quality of life through self-improvement which is the basis for community development.
